2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 3506, by deleting
3 everything after the enacting clause and inserting in lieu
4 thereof the following:

6 thereof as may be necessary, respectively, are appropriated
7 to meet the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Prisoner
