1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3505
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 3505, AS AMENDED,
3 in Article 1, by inserting after Section 16b3 the following:
4 "Section 16b4. The sum of $2,100,000, or so much thereof
5 as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Road Fund to
6 the Department of Transportation for the purpose of
7 constructing a Metra commuter parking lot in the City of
8 Joliet.
9 Section 16b5. The sum of $5,000,000, or so much thereof
10 as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Road Fund to
11 the Department of Transportation for the purpose of
12 constructing a bypass and improving intersections in the City
13 of McHenry.
14 Section 16b6. The sum of $3,000,000, or so much thereof
15 as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Road Fund to
16 the Department of Transportation for the purpose of
17 constructing a bypass and improving intersections in the City
18 of Woodstock.
19 Section 16b7. The sum of $454,525, or so much thereof as
20 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Road Fund to the

1 Department of Transportation for the purpose of repairing
2 streets and making manhole and water valve adjustments in the
3 Village of East Carondelet.
4 Section 16b8. The sum of $400,000, or so much thereof as
5 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Road Fund to the
6 Department of Transportation for security fencing and
7 environmental landscape projects on the 6100 and 6200 blocks
8 along the Edens Expressway in the City of Chicago.
9 Section 16b9. The sum of $200,000, or so much thereof as
10 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Road Fund to the
11 Department of Transportation for the purpose of replacing
12 sidewalks in unincorporated Cook County.
13 Section 16b10. The sum of $30,000,000, or so much
14 thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Road
15 Fund to the Department of Transportation for the purpose of
16 widening Route 56 from Kirk Road east to Route 59 in the City
17 of Aurora.
18 Section 16b11. The sum of $650,000, or so much thereof
19 as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Road Fund to
20 the Department of Transportation for the purpose of
21 completing the Meridian Road project in the Village of Glen
22 Carbon.
23 Section 16b12. The sum of $428,000, or so much thereof
24 as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Road Fund to
25 the Department of Transportation for the purpose of
26 completing the Smith Road street repairs in the Village of
27 Manhattan.
28 Section 16b13. The sum of $100,000, or so much thereof

1 as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Road Fund to
2 the Department of Transportation for the purpose of replacing
3 sidewalks in the City of Harvard.
4 Section 16b14. The sum of $100,000, or so much thereof
5 as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Road Fund to
6 the Department of Transportation for the purpose of
7 constructing sidewalk in the Village of Greenwood.
8 Section 16b15. The sum of $2,700,000, or so much thereof
9 as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Road Fund to
10 the Department of Transportation for the purpose of improving
11 Armitage Avenue in the City of Chicago.
12 Section 16b16. The sum of $500,000, or so much thereof
13 as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Road Fund to
14 the Department of Transportation for the purpose of repairing
15 South Main Street in the City of Rockford.
16 Section 16b17. The sum of $250,000, or so much thereof
17 as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Road Fund to
18 the Department of Transportation for the purpose of repairing
19 North Main Street in the City of Rockford.
20 Section 16b18. The sum of $250,000, or so much thereof
21 as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Road Fund to
22 the Department of Transportation for the purpose of
23 resurfacing West State Street (US Business Route 20) in
24 Winnebago County.
25 Section 16b19. The sum of $1,000,000, or so much thereof
26 as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Road Fund to
27 the Department of Transportation for the purpose of improving
28 15th and Piggott Streets in the City of East St. Louis.

1 Section 16b20. The sum of $465,000, or so much thereof
2 as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Road Fund to
3 the Department of Transportation for the purpose of widening
4 and overlaying Industrial Drive in the Village of Dupo.
5 Section 16b21. The sum of $1,000,000, or so much thereof
6 as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Road Fund to
7 the Department of Transportation for the purpose of repairing
8 and resealing existing roadways in the City of Venice.
9 Section 16b22. The sum of $200,000, or so much thereof
10 as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Road Fund to
11 the Department of Transportation for the purpose of repairing
12 Niedringhaus Avenue to Madison Street in Granite City.
13 Section 16b23. The sum of $335,000, or so much thereof
14 as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Road Fund to
15 the Department of Transportation for the purpose of repairing
16 the 40th Street Lake Drive overpass and the 80th Lake Drive
17 to Highway 157 in the City of Centreville.
18 Section 16b24. The sum of $100,000, or so much thereof
19 as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Road Fund to
20 the Department of Transportation for all costs associated
21 with improving access to Olive-Harvey College from 103rd
22 Street in the City of Chicago.".
