1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3488
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 3488, by deleting
3 everything after the enacting clause and inserting in lieu
4 thereof the following:
5 "Section 1. The following named amounts, or so much
6 thereof as may be necessary, respectively, are appropriated
7 for the objects and purposes hereinafter named, to meet the
8 ordinary and contingent expenses of the Pollution Control

1 Section 3. The amount of $30,000, or so much thereof as
2 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Clean Air Act
3 Permit Fund to the Pollution Control Board for activities
4 relating to the Clean Air Act Permit Program.
5 Section 999. Effective date. This Act takes effect July
6 1, 2001.".
