1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3284
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 3284 as follows:
3 on page 5, by replacing lines 14 and 15 with the following:
4 "(14.3) Refrain from operating a motor vehicle not
5 equipped with an ignition interlock device,"; and
6 on page 5, line 19, by changing ";" to ". Under this
7 condition the court may allow a defendant who is not
8 self-employed to operate a vehicle owned by the defendant's
9 employer that is not equipped with an ignition interlock
10 device in the course and scope of the defendant's
11 employment;"; and
12 on page 6, by deleting lines 22 through 31.
