1 AN ACT concerning higher education.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Board of Higher Education Act is amended
5 by changing Sectioin 9.06 as follows:
6 (110 ILCS 205/9.06) (from Ch. 144, par. 189.06)
7 Sec. 9.06. Amount of charges. To establish general
8 policies with respect to the amount of charges for extension
9 and adult education courses and for public services.
