1 AN ACT making appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The sum of $26,000,000, or so much of that
5 amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General
6 Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for the
7 purpose of enabling the Office of Rehabilitation Services
8 within the Department to provide health insurance coverage
9 for personal assistants for persons with disabilities.
10 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
11 becoming law.
