 1        AN ACT concerning property.

 2        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        (765 ILCS 90/Act rep.)
 5        Section 5.  The Responsible Property Transfer Act of 1988
 6    is repealed.

 7        Section    10.  Notwithstanding   the   repeal   of   the
 8    Responsible Property Transfer Act of 1988 by  this  Act,  any
 9    action  that  accrued under the Responsible Property Transfer
10    Act of 1988 before the effective date  of  this  Act  may  be
11    maintained   in   accordance   with  the  provisions  of  the
12    Responsible Property Transfer  Act  of  1988  as  it  existed
13    before its repeal.

14        Section  99.  Effective  date. This Act takes effect upon
15    becoming law.
