 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3089

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill  3089  on  page  1,
 3    line  28  by  replacing  "This"  with "Except with respect to
 4    internet-based gambling transactions, this"; and

 5    on page 1, line 31, by deleting "that was made prior"; and

 6    on page 2, by replacing lines 1 and 2 with the following:
 7    "as authorized under the Riverboat Gambling".
