1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3061
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 3061 on page 1,
3 line 31, after "2002", by inserting "and each July 1
4 thereafter"; and
5 on page 2, lines 2 and 3, by replacing "15% above the amounts
6 in effect on June 30, 2002." with the following:
7 "the increase in the "Employment Cost Index, Wages and
8 Salaries, By Occupation and Industry Groups: State and Local
9 Government Workers: Public Administration" as published by
10 the Bureau of Labor Statistics of the U.S. Department of
11 Labor for the calendar year immediately preceding the year in
12 which the July 1 grant amount increase takes effect.".
