1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2865
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 2865 as follows:
3 on page 3, lines 18 and 19, by replacing "and hearing aids,
4 and locks or windows" with "and hearing aids"; and
5 on page 3, line 22, by inserting after "crime;" the
6 following:
7 locks or windows necessary or damaged as a result of the
8 crime;"; and
9 on page 4, by replacing lines 6 through 8 with the following:
10 "of homicide victims to secure bodies of deceased victims
11 and to transport bodies for burial all of which may not"; and
12 on page 5, by inserting between lines 7 and 8 the following:
13 "(k) "Survivor" means immediate family including a
14 parent, step-father, step-mother, child, brother, sister,
15 or spouse.".
