1 AN ACT in relation to the regulation of professions.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Real Estate License Act of 2000 is
5 amended by changing Section 1-1 as follows:
6 (225 ILCS 454/1-1)
7 Sec. 1-1. Short title; Act supersedes Real Estate
8 License Act of 1983. This Act shall be known and may be cited
9 as the Real Estate License Act of 2000, and it shall
10 supersede the Real Estate License Act of 1983 repealed by
11 this Act.
