1 AN ACT in relation to water reclamation.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Metropolitan Water Reclamation District
5 Act is amended by changing Section 4.1 as follows:
6 (70 ILCS 2605/4.1) (from Ch. 42, par. 323.1)
7 Sec. 4.1. Classifying and filling positions. All offices
8 and places of employment, other than the offices of sanitary
9 district trustees and the offices enumerated in Section
10 section 4.13 of this Act, in the sanitary district shall be
11 classified and filled in the manner hereinafter provided for
12 and not otherwise.
