1 AN ACT in relation to education.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The University of Illinois Trustees Act is
5 amended by changing Section 5 as follows:
6 (110 ILCS 310/5) (from Ch. 144, par. 45)
7 Sec. 5. Board president; money drawn from treasury. The
8 trustees of the said University shall elect, annually, from
9 their own number, a president; and no money shall be drawn
10 from the treasury of the University, except by order of the
11 board of trustees, on the warrant of the president of the
12 said board, countersigned by the recording secretary.
