1 AN ACT concerning the regulation of professions.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Detection of Deception Examiners Act is
5 amended by changing Section 2 as follows:
6 (225 ILCS 430/2) (from Ch. 111, par. 2402)
7 Sec. 2. Legislative declaration. The practice of the
8 detection of deception in the State of Illinois is declared
9 to affect the public health, safety and welfare and is
10 subject to regulation and control in the public interest.
