1 AN ACT concerning redevelopment.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Capital Development Board Act is amended
5 by adding Section 10.17 as follows:
6 (20 ILCS 3105/10.17 new)
7 Sec. 10.17. Parks College redevelopment. To make grants
8 to the Cahokia Development Authority to be used for the
9 purchase and redevelopment of the Parks College Site in
10 Cahokia, Illinois and for converting it into a technology
11 park incubator education facility.
12 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
13 becoming law.
