1 AN ACT regarding higher education.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Board of Higher Education Act is amended
5 by changing Section 9.25 as follows:
6 (110 ILCS 205/9.25)
7 Sec. 9.25. Feasibility study; Parks College;
8 international aerospace science center.
9 (a) The Department of Commerce and Community Affairs
10 along with the Board of Higher Education shall conduct an
11 economic and educational feasibility study for the future
12 development of Parks College in Cahokia, Illinois.
13 (b) The Board shall study the establishment of an
14 international aerospace science center at Parks College.
