1 AN ACT in relation to health.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Sanitary Food Preparation Act is amended
5 by adding Section 14 as follows:
6 (410 ILCS 650/14 new)
7 Sec. 14. Not-for-profit organization; exemption. This Act
8 does not apply to a not-for-profit organization that in one
9 year conducts no more than 12 events at which food is sold
10 to the general public.
