1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2009
2 AMENDMENT NO. ___. Amend House Bill 2009 on page 2, by
3 replacing lines 9 and 10 with the following:
4 "to a person who has been convicted of a forcible felony as
5 defined in the Criminal Code of 1961, or a similar offense
6 under the laws of any other jurisdiction, or who has been
7 convicted of a violation of Section 5, 5.1, or 5.2 of the
8 Cannabis Control Act or Section 401, 401.1, or 401.5 of the
9 Illinois Controlled Substances Act, or a similar offense
10 under the laws of any other jurisdiction. This subsection
11 (d)".
