1 AN ACT concerning agriculture.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Illinois Farm Development Act is amended
5 by changing Section 10 as follows:
6 (20 ILCS 3605/10) (from Ch. 5, par. 1210)
7 Sec. 10. The Authority, subject to the terms of any
8 agreements with noteholders or bondholders as may then exist,
9 may shall have power to purchase notes or bonds of the
10 Authority.
