1 AN ACT regarding vehicles.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Illinois Vehicle Code is amended by
5 changing Section 13A-101 as follows:
6 (625 ILCS 5/13A-101) (from Ch. 95 1/2, par. 13A-101)
7 Sec. 13A-101. Short title. This Chapter shall be known
8 and may be cited as the Vehicle Emissions Inspection Law.
