1 AN ACT relating to schools.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The School Code is amended by changing
5 Section 34-2.3a as follows:
6 (105 ILCS 5/34-2.3a) (from Ch. 122, par. 34-2.3a)
7 Sec. 34-2.3a. Recommendations of the principal. The
8 principal of each attendance center shall be encouraged to
9 make recommendations to the appropriate local school council
10 concerning all educational aspects of the attendance center.
