 1        AN ACT in relation to the regulation of professions.

 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section 5.  The Illinois Physical Therapy Act is  amended
 5    by changing Section 14 as follows:

 6        (225 ILCS 90/14) (from Ch. 111, par. 4264)
 7        Sec.  14.  Renewal of licenses.   The expiration date and
 8    renewal period for each license issued under this  Act  shall
 9    be  set by rule. The holder of a license may renew his or her
10    such license during the month preceding the  expiration  date
11    thereof by paying the required fee.
