1 AN ACT in relation to education.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The University of Illinois Act is amended by
5 changing Section 6 as follows:
6 (110 ILCS 305/6) (from Ch. 144, par. 27)
7 Sec. 6. Treasury. No money shall be drawn from the
8 treasury of the University except by order of the board of
9 trustees, on warrant of the regent, drawn upon the treasurer,
10 and countersigned by the recording secretary.
