1 AN ACT with respect to higher education.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Chicago State University Law is amended
5 by changing Section 5-10 as follows:
6 (110 ILCS 660/5-10)
7 Sec. 5-10. Creation of Board. There is hereby created a
8 body politic and corporate which shall be styled the Board of
9 Trustees of Chicago State University (hereinafter called the
10 Board), and which shall operate, manage, control, and
11 maintain Chicago State University in accordance with the
12 rights, powers and duties now or hereafter vested by law in
13 that Board.
