1 AN ACT in relation to units of local government.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Township Code is amended by changing
5 Section 30-60 as follows:
6 (60 ILCS 1/30-60)
7 Sec. 30-60. Public graveyards. The electors may
8 authorize the township board to appropriate moneys monies, in
9 excess of the sum provided in the Public Graveyards Act, for
10 the purpose of putting any old, neglected graves and
11 cemeteries in the township in a cleaner and more respectable
12 condition.
