1 AN ACT concerning business transactions.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Uniform Deceptive Trade Practices Act is
5 amended by changing Section 7 as follows:
6 (815 ILCS 510/7) (from Ch. 121 1/2, par. 317)
7 Sec. 7. If any provision of this Act or the application
8 thereof to any person or circumstances is held invalid, the
9 invalidity does not affect other provisions or applications
10 of this the Act which can be given effect without the invalid
11 provision or application, and to this end the provisions of
12 this Act are severable.
