1 AN ACT in relation to environmental safety.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Environmental Protection Act is amended
5 by changing Section 19 as follows:
6 (415 ILCS 5/19) (from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 1019)
7 Sec. 19. Water samples; testing. Owners or official
8 custodians of public water supplies shall submit such samples
9 of water for analysis and such reports of operation
10 pertaining to the sanitary quality, mineral quality, or
11 adequacy of such supplies as may be requested by the Agency.
12 Such samples and reports shall be submitted within 15 days
13 after demand by the Agency.
