1 AN ACT in relation to environmental matters.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Environmental Protection Act is amended
5 by changing Section 58.4 as follows:
6 (415 ILCS 5/58.4)
7 Sec. 58.4. Permit waiver. A State permit or permit
8 revision that which is not otherwise required by federal law
9 or regulations shall not be required for remedial action
10 activities undertaken pursuant to the provisions of this
11 Title that occur entirely on the site.
