2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 1081 on page 1, by
3 replacing lines 9 through 11 with the following:
4 "incorporated under this Act may, by ordinance,"; and
5 on page 1, line 12, after "open burning" by inserting "within
6 the district"; and
7 on page 1, line 16, after "corporate limits of a", by
8 inserting the following:
9 "county with a population of 3,000,000 or more or a".
