1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1000
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 1000 on page 7, by
3 replacing lines 11 through 13 with the following:
4 "making the report, the address in Illinois at which the
5 records supporting such report are kept and are open to
6 inspection, the period of time covered by said report, the";
7 and
8 on page 8, by replacing lines 3 and 4 with "report,"; and
9 on page 8, line 14, immediately before "The" by inserting the
10 following:
11 "Every railroad company, express company, common or
12 contract carrier, person, firm, or corporation filing or
13 required to file a report under this Section shall deliver
14 and make available to the Department, upon the Department's
15 request, the records supporting the report, within 30 days of
16 the request.".
