1 AN ACT in relation to forest preserve districts.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Downstate Forest Preserve District Act is
5 amended by changing Section 3 as follows:
6 (70 ILCS 805/3) (from Ch. 96 1/2, par. 6304)
7 Sec. 3. Judicial notice of downstate forest preserve
8 districts. All courts shall take judicial notice of all
9 forest preserve districts organized under this act.

11 Section 10. The Cook County Forest Preserve District Act
12 is amended by changing Section 2 as follows:
13 (70 ILCS 810/2) (from Ch. 96 1/2, par. 6402)
14 Sec. 2. Definitions. As used in this Act, unless the
15 context otherwise requires, the terms specified in Section
16 2.1 through 2.3 have the meanings ascribed to them in those
17 Sections.
