1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 742
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 742 on page 4, by
3 replacing lines 31 through 33 with the following:
4 "(l) Reasonable costs for title search."; and
5 on page 7, line 19, by deleting "or has actual notice"; and
6 on page 7, line 24, after the period, by inserting the
7 following:
8 "The court shall consider actual notice provided to
9 interested parties in determining compliance with the notice
10 requirements."; and
11 on page 8, by replacing lines 32 and 33 with the following:
12 "The court shall insist on strict compliance with Sections
13 Section 22-10 through 22-25, however, the court shall
14 consider only noncompliance that has or may have had a
15 material effect upon the right of redemption of any
16 interested party. Prior to entry of an order".
