ELEC-WRITE-IN MARKINGS                                                     

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Election Code.  Provides that in  determining  how  to      
   count  a ballot with a write-in vote, the intent of the voter shall be      
   effectuated if that intent can be determined from the ballot markings.      
   Specifies the type of marking that will show the voter's intent.
