EXECUTIVE AGENCIES-TECH                                                    

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the  Civil  Administrative  Code  of  Illinois.   Makes  a      
   technical  change  in  a Section concerning the Department of Commerce      
   and Community Affairs.                                                      
        SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1.                                                
          Deletes reference to:                                                
          20 ILCS 605/605-1                                                    
          Adds reference to:                                                   
          20 ILCS 4023/15                                                      
          20 ILCS 4023/90                                                      
        Deletes everything.  Amends the Recycled Content  Products  Study      
   Act.    Extends the reporting date to December 31, 2001 and the repeal      
   date to January 1, 2002.  Effective immediately.
