$LOTTERY-STUDY RECEIPTS                                                    

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        The sum of $1, or  so  much  thereof  as  may  be  necessary,  is      
   appropriated  from  the  General  Revenue  Fund  to  the Department of      
   Lottery to study the trends in Lottery receipts. Effective July 1,          
   2000.
