DISABLED-CARE WORKER PAY                                                   

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Disabled  Persons  Rehabilitation  Act.   Increases  a      
   personal  care attendant's minimum hourly wage to $6 beginning July 1,      
   1999, $6.50 beginning July 1, 2000, and $7  beginning  July  1,  2001.      
   Effective July 1, 2000.
