ADJUTANTS GENERAL MIL SERVICE                                              

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Military Code of Illinois.  Requires 10 or more  years      
   of active commissioned service in a component of the U.S. Armed Forces      
   to  qualify  for appointment as Adjutant General or Assistant Adjutant      
   General.                                                                    
          FISCAL NOTE (Dept. of Military Affairs)                              
          There will be no fiscal impact.
