$DEPT OF NUCLEAR SAFETY                                                    

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Appropriates $1 to the Department of Nuclear Safety for  a  study      
   to  provide  additional  methods  of recruiting qualified employees to      
   fill long-term vacancies within the Department.    Effective  July  1,      
   1999.
