Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Makes appropriations to the Rural Bond Bank for the  fiscal  year      
   beginning July 1, 1999. Effective July 1, 1999.                             
        SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1.                                                
        Decreases appropriation to the Ill. Rural Bond Bank for ordinary       
   and contingent expenses.                                                    
        SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 2.                                                
        Deletes everything. Re-appropriates $264,500 to the Ill. Rural         
   Bond Bank for ordinary and contingent expenses. Effective July 1,           
   1999.
