BNK ACT-CONFIDENTIALITY                                                    

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the  Illinois  Banking  Act.   Provides  that  reports  of      
   examination,  visitation,  or  investigation  prepared  by  regulatory      
   authorities shall be deemed "confidential supervisory information" and      
   shall be disclosed only under certain circumstances.                        
          FISCAL NOTE (Office of Banks and Real Estate)                        
          There would be no additional resources or headcount required         
          and no fiscal impact on the Office.
