CNTY CD-GIS MAP FILING FEE                                                 

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Counties Code.   Provides  that  a  county  board  may      
   impose  an  additional  document-filing  charge of $3 to implement and      
   maintain a  Geographic  Information  System  for  countywide  mapping.      
   Effective immediately.
