Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the  Illinois  Dental  Practice  Act.  Makes  a  technical      
   change.                                                                     
        SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1.                                                
          Deletes reference to:                                                
          225 ILCS 25/8.1                                                      
          Adds reference to:                                                   
          225 ILCS 25/4                   from Ch. 111, par. 2304              
          225 ILCS 25/5.5 new                                                  
        Deletes everything. Amends  the  Illinois  Dental  Practice  Act.      
   Defines   "impaired  dentist".  Provides  that  the  Department  shall      
   establish by rule a program of care, counseling, and treatment for the      
   impaired dentist.
