CONSUMER LEND CREDIT COUNSEL                                               

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends  the  Consumer  Installment  Loan   Act.    Requires   the      
   Department of Financial Institutions to prepare a statement describing      
   consumer  credit counseling services.  Requires licensees to provide a      
   copy of the statement to borrowers.                                         
          FISCAL NOTE (Department of Financial Institutions)                   
          There will be minimal fiscal impact on this Department.
