Short description: 
GASOHOL TAX RATE-PROCEEDS                                                  

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Use Tax Act, the Service  Use  Tax  Act,  the  Service      
   Occupation  Tax  Act, and the Retailers' Occupation Tax Act.  Provides      
   that the tax imposed by these Acts applies to 50%  (now  70%)  of  the      
   applicable  gasohol  price or receipts until July 1, 2003.  Amends the      
   State Mandates Act to require  implementation  without  reimbursement.      
   Effective immediately.
