Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code to prohibit  the  passing  of  a      
   school bus receiving or discharging pupils while on school property.        
        SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1.                                                
        Further amends the Illinois Vehicle Code to prohibit the  passing      
   of  a school bus receiving or discharging pupils while on a roadway on      
   school property (instead of while on school property).
