Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the School Code.  In provisions creating  the  Health/Life      
   Safety  Code  Advisory  Committee,  changes  the  date  by  which  the      
   Committee  is required to report its findings and recommendations from      
   April  15,  1999  to  September  1,  1999.   Changes  the  date  those      
   provisions are repealed  from  May  1,  1999  to  December  31,  1999.      
   Effective immediately.
