CIRCUIT BREAKR-INCOME-COVERAGE                                             

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Senior Citizens  and  Disabled  Persons  Property  Tax      
   Relief  and  Pharmaceutical  Assistance  Act.  Adds coverage under the      
   program beginning on January 1, 2001 for any prescription drug used in      
   the treatment of osteoporosis.  Increases the income eligibility level      
   for the 2000 grant year and thereafter to $28,000 (now $21,218) for  a      
   one-person  household, $35,000 (now $28,480) for a 2-person household,      
   and $42,000 (now $35,750) for a 3-person household.  Effective January      
   1, 2001.
