VEH CD-DUI-BLOOD SERUM TESTING                                             

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides  for  testing  of  the      
   alcohol  concentration  in  a  person's blood serum (as well as in the      
   person's blood, breath, or urine) to determine whether the person  was      
   driving under the influence of alcohol. Replaces a reference to "blood      
   alcohol concentration" in a Section concerning state statutory summary      
   alcohol  suspensions  with  a  reference  to  "alcohol concentration".      
   Effective immediately.
