UNEMPL INS-STATEWIDE AVER WAGE                                             

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends  the  Unemployment  Insurance  Act.     Deletes   language      
   providing  that  the statewide average weekly wage shall be determined      
   in a specified manner from 2001 through 2003 and  in  2005  and  later      
   years.  Deletes  language  providing that the statewide average weekly      
   wage in 2004 shall be $600.
