Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Criminal Code of 1961.  Provides for the forfeiture of      
   a computer that contains child pornography.                                 
        HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1.                                                 
          Deletes reference to:                                                
          720 ILCS 5/11-20.1A                                                  
          Adds reference to:                                                   
          725 ILCS 215/3                  from Ch. 38, par. 1703               
        Deletes  everything.   Amends  the  Statewide  Grand  Jury   Act.      
   Provides  that  a  Statewide Grand Jury may be convened to investigate      
   and return indictments for any sex offense listed in the Criminal Code      
   of 1961 (rather than certain sex offenses involving children).
